  • Low gluten flour115g
  • Powdered sugar50g
  • Butter75g
  • Whole egg pulp30g
  • Dried Cranberries35g
Method

  • 1.Cut the butter into pieces, heat to melt into liquid, and do not heat excessively.
  • 2.Cut the Cranberry particles if they are relatively big.
  • 3.Add the powdered sugar, 30g egg liquid and Cranberry to mix uniformly, and sieve into low gluten flour and knead dough.
  • 4.Put the dough in the preservative bags to form the strips and freeze for 1h.
  • 5.Cut into the biscuits of 3mm thick.
  • 6.Preheat the oven at 180℃, heat the upper and lower pipes at 180℃, and put the baking tray in the middle layer for about 15min to become slight yellow.
