Roasted Lamb Chop

  • Lamb chop 2 pieces
  • Thyme a little
  • Salt a little
  • Black pepper supplements
  • Cooking wine a little


Method
  • 1.Firstly add a little salt, cracked black pepper, cooking wine and thyme into the lamp chop to mix uniformly, and then, pickle for more than half an hour.
  • 2.Package the pickled lamb chop with tinfoil to put in the oven preheated for 5min in advance for baking for 20min.
  • 3.Open the tinfoil after 20min, and continue heating in the middle layer at 230℃ for baking for 15min.
  • 4.Disk up and eat after completing the procedure.
